Apple Oatmeal Smoothie

Active Time: 10 minutes, plus overnight soaking of oats

Makes 2 servings

  • ½ cup gluten-free oats, soaked in warm water overnight, drained and rinsed
  • 2 medium apples, cored and diced
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 ½ cups cashew milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, or to taste
  • Pinch nutmeg, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice, optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Adjust seasons as desired.
