Arugula Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups arugula
  • ½ small avocado
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 banana
  • 6 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2-3 cups water
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2-4 drops stevia, optional

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until completely smooth, adding additional water if needed to reach desired consistency. Pour into 2 glasses or to-go containers.
