Banana Hemp Smoothie Bowl

Makes 2 servings

  • 2 small frozen bananas
  • 1 small avocado
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups cashew milk
  • Dash fine sea salt
  • 2-4 drops stevia to taste (optional)
  • Toppings (per serving): 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon coconut flakes, 10 goji berries


  1. Add all ingredients except toppings to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more cashew milk if needed to facilitate blending, however, try not to thin out this mixture too much. You want it to be a thick smoothie you can eat with a spoon. Pour mixture into 2 serving bowls and top with chia seeds, coconut flakes, and goji berries.
