Blood Orange Smoothie Bowl

Makes 2 servings

  • 1 cup unsweetened hemp milk
  • 2 small blood oranges, zested first, and then peeled (about 1 cup orange segments)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ small avocado
  • 2 small handfuls spinach
  • 2 tablespoons flaxmeal
  • Dash sea salt
  • 4-8 drops stevia, to taste
  • Toppings (per person): 3 brazil nuts, 1 teaspoon cacao nibs, 1 tablespoon hemp seeds


For the Granola (made on Prep Day):

  1. Add all ingredients (including orange zest and orange) except toppings to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed to facilitate blending, however, try not to thin out this mixture too much. You want it to be a thick smoothie you can eat with a spoon. Pour mixture into 2 serving bowls and add toppings.
