Carrot Ginger Smoothie

Active Time: 10 minutes

Makes 2 servings

  • 4 medium carrots, roughly chopped
  • 2 inch fresh ginger root, peeled if desired
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1-2 cups cold water
  • Ice


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Transfer to a glass or a mason jar to take to-go.
