Carrot Orange Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

  • 2 medium carrots, roughly chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 2 inch fresh ginger root, peeled if desired
  • 2 oranges, peeled and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup full fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons flaxmeal
  • 2 cups water or almond milk
  • Ice, optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency. Transfer to a glass or a mason jar to take togo.
