C-Boost Smoothie

Active Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 5 minutes  / Total Time: 15 minutes

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 small apple, cored
  • 1 small orange, peeled
  • ¼ lime, peeled
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root
  • 2 small handfuls spinach
  • Ice, optional

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency. Pour into 2 glasses or to-go jars and enjoy.
