Chocolate Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl

Makes 2 servings

  • 1 small banana, frozen
  • Seeds of 1 pomegranate, just shy of 1 cup (reserve a small amount to add as a topping)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 cup almond milk, plus more if needed to facilitate blending
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • Dash fine sea salt
  • 5 drops stevia
  • Toppings (per person): 1 teaspoon cacao nibs, small handful dry roasted pecans, leftover pomegranate seeds


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 bowls and add toppings.
