Cranberry Ginger Smoothie

Cranberries are packed full of antioxidants to help combat inflammation and disease. Cranberries are among our favorite fruits, along with other berries, because of their lower sugar and lower glycemic index compared to other fruits.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cranberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Heaping ¼ cup raw almonds, soaked overnight rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup water, plus more as needed
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice, from 1 lemon
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 2 small handfuls spinach
  • 5 drops stevia

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, adding water as needed. Pour into 2 glasses or to-go jars and enjoy.
