Fig Ginger Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 6 dried figs
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 2 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Ice, optional

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses or to-go jars.
