Figs & Goat Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 dried figs, soaked in warm water for 3 minutes
  • 2 ounces goat cheese

Directions:

  1. Pat figs dry and slice in half.
  2. Enjoy topped with goat cheese, warmed up if desired (5 minutes in a 250 degree oven).
