Ginger Plum Smoothie

Active Time: 10 minutes / Requires soaking overnight

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe plums, pitted
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 inch fresh ginger root
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2-4 drops liquid stevia, optional
  • Ice, optional

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses or mason jars.
