Grapefruit & Banana Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • ½ small grapefruit, peeled and cut into smaller chunks
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 4 drops stevia
  • Ice, optional

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, adding additional milk as needed to reach desired consistency. Pour into 2 glasses or to-go jars and enjoy.
