Green Grape Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups seedless purple grapes, frozen
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 cups water
  • Ice, optional

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
