Green Tangerine Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • ½ avocado (tightly wrap the other half, and enjoy as a substitute snack or as an added topping to a meal tomorrow)
  • 2 tangerines
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 6 drops stevia
  • Small pinch sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice Ice, optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses or to-go jars and enjoy.
