Healthy Brownie Smoothie Bowl

Makes 2 servings

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons pure cacao powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • ½ cup black beans
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 6 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 drops stevia, optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed to facilitate blending, however, try not to thin out this mixture too much. You want it to be a thick smoothie you can eat with a spoon. Pour mixture into 2 serving bowls and enjoy.
