Herby Green Smoothie

Active Time: 10 minutes

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 pear, cored
  • 1 cup coconut milk/water (leftover from dinner yesterday)
  • ¼ cup basil
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons hempseeds
  • Additional water to facilitate blending, if needed
  • 2-4 drops stevia

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses or to-go jars and enjoy.
