Jump Start Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups spinach
  • 2 small/medium carrots
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses or to-go containers.
