Mango Cooler

Active Time: 10 minutes

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, cored, and cut into cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ -1 cup unsweetened full-fat canned coconut milk (transfer remaining coconut milk to a storage container for use in smoothies)
  • Ice, optional

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Add less or more coconut milk depending on what consistency you would like.
