Makes 2 servings
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, cored, and cut into cubes
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ -1 cup unsweetened full-fat canned coconut milk (transfer remaining coconut milk to a storage container for use in smoothies)
- Ice, optional
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Add less or more coconut milk depending on what consistency you would like.
