Pear Power Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 cups almond milk, depending on your preference (add closer to 3 cups for a thinner smoothie)
  • 1 pear, cored
  • 1 medium carrot
  • ½ small avocado
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 6 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2-4 drops stevia, optional
  • Ice, optional

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Pour into 2 glasses or to-go containers.
