Peppermint Christmas Smoothie

  • ½ cup canned coconut milk (do not shake, use the thick cream on top)
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds, soaked overnight drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 small bananas, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons flaxmeal
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 ¼ cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
