Pineapple Cooler

Active Time: 10 minutes

Makes 2 servings


  • 1/2 small pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into cubes (about 2 1/2 cups. Reserve remaining pineapple for a snack later this week)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 -1 cup unsweetened full-fat canned coconut milk
  • Ice, optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Add less or more coconut milk depending on what consistency you would like.
