Meal Plan for April 18th 2017

  1. (AM) Prepare Spring Mojito Smoothie.
  2. (AM) Package snacks and remember to grab lunch to go:
    1. Spring Cleaning Tonic
    2. Carrot Rhubarb Muffin
    3. Spring Minestrone Soup
  3. (PM) Prepare Kale Powder Salad with Roasted Sweet Potato, Almonds, Goji Berries & Buckwheat.
  4. Prepare lunch tomorrow by packaging 2 cups kale in a to-go container, topped with 1 cup leftover topping and a side of maple shallot dressing (per person)
  5. (PM) Prepare Hibiscus Ginger Breeze.
