Rosehip Green Tea
Active Time: 10 minutes / Steep Time: at least 30 minutes
Makes 6 servings
Loose leaf tea, herbs, and spices can be found in the bulk section of your local Co-Op, health food store, or supermarket. My favorite green tea for this recipe is Yerbe Mate.
- 8 cups water
- 4 teaspoons loose leaf green tea
- 4 teaspoons rosehips
- Bring 8 cups water to a boil in a medium pot. Add green tea and rosehips and remove from heat. Let steep 30 minutes.
- Drain and let cool. Transfer to a sealable jar and store in the fridge.
- To serve, enjoy 1 cup hot or cold.
