Rosehip Green Tea

Active Time: 10 minutes / Steep Time: at least 30 minutes

Makes 6 servings

Chef’s Tip:
Loose leaf tea, herbs, and spices can be found in the bulk section of your local Co-Op, health food store, or supermarket. My favorite green tea for this recipe is Yerbe Mate.

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups water
  • 4 teaspoons loose leaf green tea
  • 4 teaspoons rosehips

Directions:

  1. Bring 8 cups water to a boil in a medium pot. Add green tea and rosehips and remove from heat. Let steep 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and let cool. Transfer to a sealable jar and store in the fridge.
  3. To serve, enjoy 1 cup hot or cold.
