Rosemary Olive Oil Cashews

Makes 4 servings
- 1 cup dry roasted unsalted cashews
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, plus more to taste
- 4 pinches sea salt, plus more to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Use a spoon to mix together until all cashews are evenly coated.
- To serve, enjoy 1/4 cup per person as a snack.
- Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
