Rosemary Olive Oil Cashews

  • 1 cup dry roasted unsalted cashews
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, plus more to taste
  • 4 pinches sea salt, plus more to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Use a spoon to mix together until all cashews are evenly coated.
  2. To serve, enjoy 1/4 cup per person as a snack.
  3. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
