Salted Chocolate Chips with Olive Oil

Ingredients:

  • Just shy of 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (I use Lily’s no sugar added brand)
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • Pinch or two of sea salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and gently mix with a spoon until chocolate chips are lightly and evenly coated.
