Salted Chocolate Chips with Olive Oil

Makes 2 servings
- Just shy of 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (I use Lily’s no sugar added brand)
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- Pinch or two of sea salt
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and gently mix with a spoon until chocolate chips are lightly and evenly coated.
