Spiced Apple Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup full fat unsweetened yogurt of choice (cow, goat, sheep, cashew or coconut)
  • 2 medium apples, cored
  • 2 small handfuls spinach
  • Heaping ¼ cup dry roasted walnuts or pecans
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, plus more to taste
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 drops stevia
  • Pinch sea salt

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Pour into 2 glasses or to-go containers.
