Spiced Pear Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 pear
  • ½ small avocado
  • ¼ cup gluten free rolled oats, soaked overnight
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons dry roasted cashews
  • 1 1/2 cups cashew milk
  • 2-4 drops liquid stevia, optional
  • Toppings (per serving): 1 teaspoon hemp seeds, 1 teaspoon cacao nibs, 1 tablespoon coconut flakes

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 bowls and add toppings.
