Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie

Active Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 15 minutes / Total Time: 25 minutes

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup watermelon (black seeds removed)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk (use the cream on top and reserve the coconut water for Day 3)
  • 1 cup water
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses or to-go jars and enjoy.
