Watercress Orange Smoothie

Makes 2 servings
- 2 cups water, plus more if needed
- 1 cup watercress
- Zest of 1 orange plus fruit segments (discard white skin)
- ½ avocado
- 1-2 inches ginger root, depending on preference
- 6-8 drops stevia
- Pinch sea salt
- Ice (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Add additional water if needed to reach desired consistency. Pour into 2 glasses or to-go containers.
