Zesty Lemon Banana Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

  • 1 medium/large lemon, zested first and then peeled (pick out any seeds that are easy to remove)
  • 2 cups unsweetened hemp milk or non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ avocado
  • 2 tablespoons flaxmeal
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • Dash sea salt
  • 6-8 drops stevia
  • Ice, optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Add additional water if needed to reach desired consistency. Pour into 2 glasses or to-go containers.
